"Proudly unsponsored / proudly locked out": our rallying cry for a new series of DIY outdoor events we aim to host semi-regularly in over-regulated $ydney City. Drawing on a long tradition of generator punk gigs from Punk Outside in Marrickville to Punx Picnic in St Peters, we held this event on Sat 24th October as a test of the waters: a two-band bill feat. PRO-RATA and our friends in WIRED SHUT. Two takes on classic hardcore punk without the intervention of brands, businesses, corporations, government funding bodies or major music industry players - video, recordings, photos and more to document as we go. See you at DS2 in November!
